Hi everybody,

We have sent all the remaining parcels, which means that you should get yours within the next 3 weeks, if you haven't received it already.

Notes: 

• Now is the time to let us know if a miniature was missing, or if something arrived broken.  We will wait for about 6 weeks before we organise a replacement run.
• Canada has decided to legalise Class C drugs earlier this year, which means that customs have an increased interest in Canadian parcels. Delays may occur and can last between 2-3 weeks. 
• We will need to retire a few minis from the range as they are too flimsy in places. The Fedorino Sword master and the Beastingers will be completely removed as we've had to cast everything twice to get the numbers. We will try to improve the thin parts of Magister Ilmenblick and the Assassin of Boron's hand as we've had some issues with them too. 
• @bespoke backers - you will receive your very special parcels from the UK soon, and please note - the first batch of minis you did receive was master quality, and you will find a few differences to the commercial batch if you look closely. 
• Ulisses will carry the full range. 

Future plans:

We have started on the next batch of DSA miniatures. The releases will focus on enemies, monsters and all sorts of critters, and we will - as promised - provide a free set of rules that will allow you to put the minis to good use on the table top. The rules - since free - make slow progress, but the translation has been finished (yes - there will be a German version), and a first army list has been written. I am careful with estimates, but they're likely still 6 months away from something that I'd be happy to pass on at to the backers. 

Next Kickstarter

We still have a lot of loose ends to tie up with other projects, and the ever so busy Paul Hicks needs to get more minis done before I can put everything together. My current estimate for a KS would be October, as by then we should have some meat to throw at the monsters!

2-3 weeks delay!

Hi everybody,

We will run a bit late as I need to make a visit the (very grown-up) son in good old Germany. He was accepted into a development programme that takes place in Africa and he will leave in a month's time. I will be gone for 2 weeks, and this will impact the fulfilment as I am not around to take care of it.

Sorry about that, but I must say that I am very excited for him as he was working towards it for quite a while!

Hi everybody - we have sent 50% of the parcels! The toddler has had a Krupp in the mean-time which threw me off track a bit, but I am back at it. My estimate would be 2-3 weeks until the last parcel has been sent.

That,  and I have some other news:

My day job is with a company that's specialised in voice recognition, and we have developed out first Audio Play Book! It was decided to release it via Kickstarter, and it comes with a mountain of useul stuff, such as miniatures, Maps, and Munsta Sheets.

Fulfilment has begun!

Have a look at the horror that is Westfalia's TDE fulfilment setup!

Phase 1 - packing and posting the parcels: The minis are now all with me and I am packing and ticking names of the list. I'll be trying to stick to the order that pledges were made, so that backer Nr. 1 get's his parcel first, backer 300 last.

Phase 2 - after care:

If something is broken or missing, then please worry not! We have a very friendly replacement policy and will replace all broken and / or missing items. 

Bespoke backers:

Some of you were pledging for extras such as actual masters and painted minis. You will receive the 'regular' minis from us in Canada, and the special items from Darall in the UK. He has his instructions and I'll keep you updated.

Retiring miniatures from the range:

Even tho we're generally very happy with the range, we discovered stability issues in 2 of the minis. You will naturally receive them and in good order too, but we will retire them after the campaign is over. More about that later.
