Fulfilment!

Hi everybody,
Sorry for being a little quiet lately, but we rather keep the updates really meaningful.
First of all - fulfilment will start in June. This is 2 months later than my production estimate, but still 2 months earlier than the actual estimate we made in the Kickstarter!
Let me explain the 2 main issues that were keeping me from starting fulfilment already:
1. We're often refining and polishing sculpts during pre-production. A fine example would be the witch, that got her head replaced (amongst other less noticeable details!).
The production guys did prepare the one with the 'aunt Heidi' head for mass production, and they indeed churned out nearly 500 of her before I became aware of it. This is the kind o issue you discover during QA..
Gah.
New production moulds haben been built for the MKII version and it's being cast as we speak.
2. Bases! We were trying to avoid the usual bunch of round black blobs of plastic, so we decided on 1" hex shapes, and they're being cut from MD. This is going a bit slow thanks to myself mis-communicating project dead-line (August) VS. desired delivery (April). So I am several thousand bases short, but Mr. Foss (bless him) has given it priority and is churning them out like a mad man.
I just love the look of the hex shapes under the minis.
That's it for now - again - I will likely send the first parcel mid-to the end of June and it shouldn't take too long from there to sort through all the pledges.

We can now confirm that Bernhard Hennen is excited to write the main campaign for our DSA adaptation of StrongSword. We really appreciate his interest and enthusiasm and are grateful for his kind support!
The Orkenspalter panel really seems to like the minis (that were part of a substantial bribe that was made in order to get Bernhard aboard - hah)!
Mass production: We're digging through many thousands of minis and we still aim to start regular fulfilment by the end of April.
Huzzah!
Parcels for bespoke Backers

Hi everybody,
Our original plan was to send out the bespoke miniatures in Dec/Jan. But some of the bespoke backers took their time with coming back to us, so that got delayed. At this point we decided to send 1 of each miniature to you guys, and fulfil the rest of your order when we have all the production minis piled up. The miniatures were sent right from the caster in the UK, which means that the usual loop of QA is missing.
Note: And this is true for everybody - if something arrives damaged or if anything is missing, then please contact us and we fix it.
That, and I will sort out packaging material / blisters eventually and will make it accessible to the collectors amongst you.

Hi everybody,
We're plucking away on the production, and there's not much to be said other that things go pretty much as expected. We have also started on the sculpting for the next KS, which we intend to host later this year.
There are a couple of other things that I would like to talk about however!
As mentioned before will the next KS be more about the monsters and enemies of the noble races. We will see Undead, Orcs and Goblins, along with more Blessed ones and the usual smattering of iconic and bespoke heroes.
+ DSA/TDE Orks: I must admit that the variety is staggering. At this point we're tempted to do something very similar to what we've seen in Schattenpfade. If you have other illustrations or leads, then please share them with us.
+ Bespoke Backers: The last - rather fancy bespoke mini is now almost ready. A young lad with wicked hair-do, beard and wooden armour, and he's a magician too! We will drop him into rubber given that we don't get anymore change requests! This means that we can send your complete pledges out very soon! The bespoke Empress will have to wait a little longer however as we're planning to make a mounted version too.
+ Pre-Orders: I will have to close that tomorrow as we're approaching the maximum of what we can produce in the original fulfilment schedule.
+ THAT GAME: It will be 100% free for backers of any TDE campaign, with an option to order a printed version via DTRPG. We will support the system for as long as Ulisses' grants us the license to make those sweet minis. That, and I think we have quite a bit of an exciting surprise in stock for you on that front, but more about that after the Kaiser Raul Konvent!

Hi everybody,
All miniatures have been undergone the mastering process, which means we will hit mass production in the first week of January. We have the ambitious goal of wrapping up production during April, but surprises are to be expected!
Another thing - We have started working on a DSA version of our +Strongsword+ rules that are to be released with the next KS campaign, and we just got the first few TDE minis on the table to swing a micro game. GLORIOUS STUFF!
